Welcome to Mira Draw. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mira Draw mobile application ("App") provided by Freya Illustration FZCO, operating as Freya Courses ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Mira Draw is a drawing and art learning application that offers guided lessons, drawing tools, and instructional content. The App is available with both free features and premium subscription plans that unlock additional content and functionality.

2. Subscription Terms

Mira Draw offers auto-renewing subscription plans. Current plans and pricing are displayed within the App at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, though we will notify you in advance of any price changes in accordance with applicable law.

3. Introductory Offers

We may offer introductory pricing for new subscribers from time to time. Introductory offer terms, including duration and pricing, are displayed at the time of purchase within the App. After the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard subscription rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the introductory period.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. All billing is subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions. For billing inquiries, please contact Apple Support or review your purchase history in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions from time to time. If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may cancel during the free trial at any time through your Account Settings on the App Store.

6. Account and Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content provided within the App, including but not limited to lessons, tutorials, illustrations, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Freya Courses or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use such content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any artwork or drawings you create using the App remain your property. However, by using the App, you grant Freya Courses a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freya Courses and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable to Freya Illustration FZCO.
