1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and FREYA ILLUSTRATION – FZCO Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://freya.courses website and related services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 18 years old, or have parental permission if you are a minor
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Creation

To access course content, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

6. Refund Policy

Video Courses

30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund including payment processing fees within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Procreate Assets (Brushes, 3D Models)

No refunds on digital assets, as these products can be downloaded and saved permanently.

‍

Physical Products (iPad Accessories)

30-day return policy for unused products in undamaged packaging. Contact support for return instructions. Returns not accepted for used products.

6A. The Twotap app and in-app purchases

‍

Our iOS app, Twotap (listed on the App Store as Twotap Studio), is another way to use your account, and these terms apply to it just as they apply to the website. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms.

Membership bought in the app

Academy membership bought in the app is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Courses and brush sets bought in the app

Individual courses and brush sets bought in the app are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They stay on your account, and you can restore them on another device with Restore purchases in the app.

Prices, payment and refunds

Purchases in the app are sold and processed by Apple, at the price and in the currency the App Store shows for your country. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue or reverse a refund on an App Store purchase. Purchases made on freya.courses are covered by the refund policy above.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Settings, Account, Delete my account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple, so cancel it in your Apple Account settings first.

‍

Content you post

Members can post artwork, comments and messages in the app. Everything you post must follow our Community Guidelines, which have zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content. Any post or comment can be reported and its author blocked. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content, and accounts, that break the guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on the Site, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is owned by FREYA ILLUSTRATION – FZCO Ltd. and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Your License

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to:

Access and view course content
Download materials for personal reference
Use course techniques in your own creative work

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
Share login credentials or course access
Use course content for commercial training or resale
Remove copyright notices or watermarks
Create derivative works based on our proprietary content

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Content and Security:

Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
Circumvent security features or DRM protections
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Site
Reverse engineer or decompile any Site software

Misuse and Fraud:

Provide false information or impersonate others
Use the Site for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Collect user information without permission

Commercial Misuse:

Resell or redistribute purchased digital content
Use the Site to compete with our business
Frame or link to the Site without permission
Use content for commercial training without written permission

Harassment and Abuse:

Post discriminatory, offensive, or harassing content
Submit false reports or abuse support services
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Site

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. User Contributions and Reviews

Review Guidelines

When posting reviews or comments, you must:

Have firsthand experience with the product/course
Avoid profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
Not make false or misleading statements
Not be affiliated with competitors when posting negative reviews
Not organize campaigns to manipulate reviews

License Grant

By posting content (reviews, comments, forum posts) on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content. You retain ownership of your contributions.

Edit, remove, or reject any user contribution
Pre-screen content before publication
Delete content that violates these Terms

We are not liable for user-generated content and do not endorse user opinions.

10. Support and Technical Issues

If you experience login issues or technical problems accessing purchased content, contact our support team for assistance. There is no limit to the number of support requests.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or technical issues.
