Most digital embroidery effects look fake and flat!
I LOVE embroidery. I've done tons of hand stitching on real fabric AND I try to incorporate that handmade charm in most of the designs I do for my clients.
However, when you try to recreate embroidery digitally, you lose the authentic texture of real thread and fabric, which is really hard to replicate. Most beginner digital artwork with "stitched" effects just looks flat and obviously digital.
No matter how hard you try to make it work, you could never get that polished, handcrafted 10/10 embroidered look by using default Procreate brushes.
Real embroidery has dimension, texture, and subtle color variations that standard digital brushes just can't capture.
That’s why I took matters into my own hands.
I set out to create a complete pack of 46 custom embroidery brushes 100% from scratch.
It took me hours of trial and error while studying genuine embroidery techniques and textures.
I first thought this set would include about 15 brushes, but when digging into it, I decided to cover ALL the embroidery scenarios out there.
Single-color threads, multicolor decorative stitches, French knots, sequins, fabric textures, everything you need. For the icing on the cake, I also threw in a paper texture brush.
